Elín Edda is a twenty-two-year-old graphic design student at The Iceland Academy of Arts. In 2014 she released her graphic novel The Plant in the Hallway in collaboration with Elísabet Rún. Her second graphic novel Gombri was published in 2016 and will be published in English in the UK this year.
Elín Edda‘s first poetry collection, Hamingjan leit við og beit mig (Happiness Stopped By and Bit Me) was published by Partus Press in October 2016. She was one of the artists creating wall-art pieces for the Reykjavík UNESCO City of Literature’s Reykjavík Reads Festival in October 2016.
